gougane barra

This was taken years ago,it is of Gougane barra in co Cork. It is where the river Lee,which flows through Cork city rises. The little church is said to be built on the spot where St. Finbarr,the founder of Cork city lived. 'Where Finbarr Taught, let Munster Learn ' is the motto of University College Cork
